Anton Andrianov explained how to obtain citizenship or permanent residence in Sierra Leone by investment in gold purchase. There is no requirement to visit the country, and resident status can be granted in as little as three months.
Citizenship of Sierra Leone is available by an investment starting at $140,000. If family members are included in the application, the contribution increases by $10,000 for each additional applicant.
Permanent residence in Sierra Leone can be obtained by an investment starting at $65,000 and the purchase of 1 kg of gold. If close relatives are added to the application, the investment amounts are as follows:
- for a family of up to four people — $75,000 and the purchase of 1 kg of gold;
- for a family of up to eight people — $100,000 and the purchase of 2 kg of gold.
Spouses and children up to and including 17 years of age may be part of the citizenship or residence permit application alongside the main investor.
