Guests And Speakers

The meeting was attended by representatives of real estate agencies from abroad, lawyers, travel agents, as well as representatives from the banking and investment sectors.

Passportivity was represented by the Partnership Department:

  • Anton Andrianov, Director of Partnership Development;
  • Elena Klimovskaya, Account manager of Partnership Department.

Key Discussion Topics

Anton Andrianov explained how to obtain citizenship or permanent residence in Sierra Leone by investment in gold purchase. There is no requirement to visit the country, and resident status can be granted in as little as three months.

Citizenship of Sierra Leone is available by an investment starting at $140,000. If family members are included in the application, the contribution increases by $10,000 for each additional applicant.

Permanent residence in Sierra Leone can be obtained by an investment starting at $65,000 and the purchase of 1 kg of gold. If close relatives are added to the application, the investment amounts are as follows:

  • for a family of up to four people — $75,000 and the purchase of 1 kg of gold;
  • for a family of up to eight people — $100,000 and the purchase of 2 kg of gold.

Spouses and children up to and including 17 years of age may be part of the citizenship or residence permit application alongside the main investor.

Passportivity is the exclusive agent for the Sierra Leone program for all citizens of Russia and Belarus.

With citizenship or permanent residence in Sierra Leone, investors gain numerous benefits. The application process is fully remote and fast — just 90 days.

The program features a straightforward procedure that does not require a police clearance certificate or proof of the source of funds. Citizenship of Sierra Leone is hereditary and can be passed down to future generations.

Even applicants who have undergone bankruptcy proceedings are eligible to obtain citizenship or permanent residence in Sierra Leone.
