Turkish citizenship can be obtained within eight months, and after three years, the property can be sold without losing the status. If desired, the investor has the right to rent out the property and earn income.

Turkish law allows dual citizenship, so investors won’t have to renounce their original citizenship.

Residence permit holders in Turkey can apply for citizenship after five years, rent out properties, and gain access to public healthcare and free education.
